How To Create/Apply Policy Limits in exclaim

Creating a Policy Limit

1. Once in according claim, go the bottom of the claims TAB to Coverage limit under Policy details. 

                       - Enter description (eg. Tools, antiques etc….)

                       - Enter group limit (global amount) – if applicable

                                                          OR

                       - Individual amount (Max limit per item) – if applicable

                 *** Note that you can fill in both limits if required ***

1. Select Save

Applying Policy limits

1. Enter according claim
2. Select Contents list Tab 
3. Select all content items that you wish to apply to the same policy limit
4. Select Group actions
5. Select Change fields
6. Select the check box next to Coverage Limit
7. Select the Name of the policy limit you created from the drop down menu
8. Select Next
