The following instructions will walk you though a few simple steps on how to insert a logo into your email signature based on the email application you use.
Microsoft outlook
Prior to following the steps below it is advised to download and save the new edjuster logo (see attached) locally in a folder on your computer
- Open Your Microsoft Outlook mail client
- Select" File" at the top left
- Select "Options" from the menu on the left hand side
- Select "Mail" from the left hand menu
- Select "Signature" on the right
- Select the signature template you wish to update
- Select where you would like to insert the logo in the email body
- Select "Insert picture" icon
- Locate the logo (see attached) which you have saved to your computer.
- Select "Save"
Gmail
Prior to following the steps below it is advised to download and save the new edjuster logo either locally in a folder on your computer, Google Drive or you can use the following link - edjuster logo
- Open you Gmail client
- Select The Gear Icon at the top right of your browser
- Select "See All Settings"
- Scroll down to "signature" section on the left hand side
- Select "My Signature" template
- In the signature body select where you would like to insert the logo
- Select the insert picture icon
- Select either Upload, My Drive or Web Address (URL)
- Once completed scroll down to the bottom of your browser and hit "Save"
EmClient
Prior to following the steps below it is advised to download and save the new edjuster logo (see attached) locally in a folder on your computer
- Open your EmClient application
- Select "Menu" at he top left of your window
- Select "Options"
- Select "Mail" from the left hand side menu
- Select 'Templates & Signatures"
- On the right select "Signatures"
- Select your email template
- Select "Edit"
- In the signature body select where you would like to insert the logo
- Select dropdown menu on the right
- Select "insert Image"
- Locate the logo on your computer and select "open"
- Select "Save"
