On your computer:

  1. Open your preferred email client 

  2. Open email you wish to save

  3. Select menu of file depending on your email client

    • Chrome and Google mail users select the menu button

    • Outlook users Select File at top left of your screen

    • EmClient users select Menu>File

  4.  Select Print
  5. Printer menu will appear

  6. Change your printer to one of the following 

    • CutePDF

    • Foxit Reader PDF Printer

    • Paper port

  7. Select Print

  8. Save box will appear

  9. Select location where you want to save the file 

  10. Name your file accordingly

  11. Hit Save
