On your computer:
Select New Mail.
Enter a name for your signature, (e.g. edjuster Signature)
Select the white dialog box below and compose your email signature. copy and paste the template below into the window. Use the attached the document as an example to setup your signature.
Select where you would like to insert the edjuster logo
Select insert image button
10. Select the logo which you have saved on your machine. Should you require the logo please select the link below in order to download it.
** Should you need to download the logo, please wait till download is complete, save the logo someplace on your system where it will not get deleted and return to step 8 to complete your signature **
11. Select Insert
12. Select New Messages drop down menu on the right and select the name of the signature you have created from the drop down menu
Please use same signature for new mail, forwards and replies
13. Select Replies/Forwards drop down menu on the right and select the name of the signature you have created from the drop down menu
If you have created more that one signature, please select the correct signature you would like to appear when performing this action.
Please note that should have only created one signature you can select the same signature from the drop down menus for both options if desired.
14. Select OK
You have now setup your email signature.
